The Benefits of Virtual Training
Virtual training is very flexible, providing agencies with the ability to quickly create any training scenario that can be vetted before conducting live training drills. It is very safe as it allows you to conduct training in dangerous situations that could not be possible in live training. It allows for repeated practice, preparing your personnel for live drills, with numerous repetition in the simulation, dramatically increasing the effectiveness of your live training events. It can occur within a low logistical footprint, such as a class, in compact locations, or even in the field. And most importantly, it is very distributed, linking personnel from many locations to the same scenarios.
