If people learn best through active learning, then we learn by doing, while allowing you some measure of control. If we expand that further, we can gain experiential, or experienced-based knowledge, in the fire service by responding to realistic incidents, making decisions under time pressures, and experiencing the consequences of those decisions without burning down real structures, risking lives, or consuming resources.

If you want your personnel to experience situations that occurred outside of your jurisdiction or state, but can provide some very valuable learning experiences, you can re-create those incidents inside our platform. Imagine taking incidents right out if the NIOSH reports, create a scenario incorporating the conditions and elements of an incident they reported on, and providing that experience to your front line personnel. Will they pick on the visual cues of the incident and successfully navigate through the scenario? Or will they fail to recognize the NIOSH Five causal factors?

Our scenario-based fire fighting simulations offers your organization or agency with the ability to develop any fire fighting incident within all of the construction types, with multiple crews and an Incident Commander, in your own response districts, towns, or cities. Buildings and structures of all types can be activated and replicated to give you an immersive fire fighting experience. Teach your newest members the tactics, techniques, and procedures they must learn to successfully respond to incidents without risking injury or consuming resources. Allow them to make the mistakes in a safe environment before placing them in burn buildings or respond to real-life incidents. Veteran fire fighters and officers can practice their decision making and tactics based on department SOPs.
