Our Vision
For over the past 25 years, Vigilance Technologies has taken the approach that not all solutions fit all use cases. We have helped our clients navigate through a myriad of solutions to find those solutions that specifically address their needs. Our approach has fostered close, working relationships with our clients that has materialized into long-term partnerships.
Since 1999, the leadership team of Vigilance Technologies has leveraged their expertise to help our clients grow and prosper with the support of their technology operations. In the last few years, we have taken our technical expertise further and combined them with our First Responder experiences to bring simulations-based training to emergency response agencies and organizations. The result is the launching of our newest service, Emergency Response Simulations (ERSims), a scenario-based platform customized for First Responders to facilitate the ability to continuously practice the tactics, techniques, and procedures utilized by the men and women who serve in law enforcement, fire fighting/rescue, and medical emergencies.
Our platform utilizes the same technology used by the United States Military and our NATO allies to help train their soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines to be better prepared and ready to defend their respective nations. Our desire was to bring the same level of immersion and fidelity to enhance your training experience to help you and your organization be better prepared to respond to events as diverse and challenging as active shooter, fire fighting, mass casualties, and HazMat incidents.
We all, as individuals and groups, make decisions at these events. It’s not just the Incident Commanders or Supervisors. The best way to prepare is to expose your personnel to scenarios as often as you wish to help them experience these events through simulations. Then take what you have practiced out into the field. Practice makes perfect. Constant practice helps us gain the experiential knowledge necessary for the successful mitigation of life-threatening events. Vet your strategies and tactics through our simulations platform before risking anyone’s life.

Emergency Response Simulations (ERSims) uses the latest technology to develop high-fidelity, cost-effective training and simulation software products and components for emergency response agencies.
We focus on the needs of First Responders, which helps us develop applications and training tools for specific uses, leveraging our experience in scenario development, while utilizing the same tools used by the military, to help us forge close customer relationships.
ERSim’s platform enables users to create, simulate and visualize realistic multi-faceted, incident response training scenarios, to help enhance emergency response readiness.
