End-User Training & Support

Initial & Continuous End-User Support

Critical to the successful deployment of any digital platform is the initial pre-deployment training. Initial pre-deployment training is provided to your assigned administrators and instructor staff to prepare them on how to utilize the system, from basic setup, participant connections, and scenario creation and management. We offer professional training led by instructors who are knowledgeable in the best practices of integrating our simulations platform into first responder training. During our training, instructors will guide participants through all of the phases of designing and creating scenarios through hands-on learning activities.

Support Plan

We offer continuous Support Plan that entitles our customers to

  • Access to our support staff
  • Updates to latest releases with active support plans
  • Access to additional support services, documentation, manuals, webinars, etc.

Additional years of support can be purchased prior to the anniversary date. Customers who allow their Software Upgrades and Support Plan to expire may be charged an additional fee for renewal.
